Business/Employer Engagement Opportunities
KYP, working in partnership with Enterprise4All (North West) have secured European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding to deliver a 'People into Jobs' project that aims to engage with established SME's (primarily, but not exclusively, targeting BME) in the designated project areas through bespoke diagnostics to enable them:-
- to improve company knowledge in recruitment, selection and HR administration processes.
- to improve company enterprise and competitiveness resulting in new job opportunities and
- linking disadvantaged communities with employment opportunities.
As such we are seeking applications for two (2) experienced individuals with a good understanding of Oldham &/or Bolton communities and a track record of supporting ethnic minority businesses/employers to work part time in Oldham and Bolton/Bury.
- Project Lead - Principal Business Engagement Officer (ERDF) - 4 days per week.
- Business Engagement Officer 2 (ERDF) - 3 days per week.
